MCHS Mental Health Corner

Being a teenager is hard.  Really hard.  Teens regularly face stressors from family, friends, romantic relationships, school, work, extra-curricular activities and social media, just to name a few.  Sometimes these things may leave them feeling overwhelmed, sad, anxious, confused or angry and they don't know what to do with these feelings.

We are here to help!

The Mental Health Corner is a place for students, families and staff to find resources that will help them manage some of life's challenges and tough feelings.
